Q. How can I access SciFinder-n?

SciFinderⁿ, produced by Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS), is the most comprehensive discovery tool of chemical information. SciFinderⁿ is the new interface for SciFinder. Please note that the classic SciFinder interface will be discontinued on Dec 31, 2022.

To use SciFinderⁿ, patron must register with CAS using their McDaniel email address and create a personal account. To register, please click on the Registration Link to get started.

You will receive an email from CAS once you finish your registration. Click on the link in your email to confirm your registration. Then you are all set to use SciFinderⁿ .
