If you are experiencing an issue where the entire page becomes a link to the McDaniel College homepage and will not allow you to type into a search field or click a button, please follow the below steps.
For Chrome:
- Go to the 3 dots on the top right corner of the page
- Find Settings -> Privacy and security -> Site settings -> Recent activity
- If the uv7ae8sy4y.search.serialssolutions.com/ is showing in the list, you can click on it -> Permissions -> Local network -> Allow
- If the site is not in the recent activity list, click on “View permissions and data stored across sites” -> Filter sites on page -> search “serialsolutions.com” -> click on the down arrow to find the site -> Permissions -> Local network -> Allow
For Firefox:
- Go to the 3 dashes in the top right corner of the page
- Settings -> privacy & security -> scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
- Go to manage exceptions, input the URL, select Allow, then save changes
For Edge:
Follow the instructions for the Chrome browser. If that doesn't work:
- Clear your browsing history
- In Browsing History, scroll down and check the box “Site Permissions” to be cleared as well. Then the pop-up will appear, asking you to choose to allow “uv7ae8sy4y.search.serialssolutions.com/" to access other devices on your network. Click allow.
If that still does not work, please use Chrome or Firefox to access the library website.
