Thank you so much for reporting this to me and taking the time to send the message.  We have reported the problem previously to tried and have it addressed, so it’s really helpful to get your message to find out that what they have done so far hasn’t solved the issue.  As soon as I read your message this morning at about 7:15am, I wrote to the Director of the Physical Plant to ask him to please do more to address the issue.  They sent the exterminator here again this morning to spray the building and hopefully this time it will be better.  Please feel free to let me know if you notice the issue isn’t solved.  It might take a day or two to kill the ants, but housekeeping should be keeping an eye out and clearing up any that are visible. I’m so sorry that you experienced this in the Library.  We take great pride in doing everything we can to make the building the place where students want to study, we’re very sad when things like this happen and are serious about trying to get it addressed.
