Hoover Library has access to several streaming video sites that can be watched on your laptop or campus computer. These videos can be accessed in several different ways.

  • Click on the A-Z Database list and select one of the collections: Academic Video Online, Films on Demand, or Shakespeare Plays (BBC) and watch through there.

  • Search in Research Starter for the topic that you want. On the left side, under Source type, you can limit your results to videos. If we have streaming access to a video, you will see this box below where you need to click on "Access E-resources or place request"

That link will take you to the catalog. See directions below on links in the catalog.

  • Choose the link from the homepage for the Online Catalog. Search for the topic you want. You may limit your results to Streaming Video (Hoover Library). In the record look for the link indicated with a globe that says Click here for access.
